I’m excited to share with you nine secrets to manifest your dream body.
All of us want to feel good, look good and be happy, but it’s not always easy to find the right path to get there. It’s also tempting to let other things distract you from what really matters.
But if you want something, you have to go after it!
I know this because I’ve been there myself. I used to be overweight and unhappy with my appearance, but now I’m living my dream life! And I’m here today because I know that anyone can do the same thing if they’re willing to do the work and stay committed to their goals until they reach them!
So let’s get started!
1- Set your intention
Your intention is the driving force behind your manifestation.
It is what you genuinely want in your life, and it should be something you are truly passionate about; If you don’t have strong feelings about your desired outcome, it will be difficult to manifest.
To set an intention, make sure it is:
Make sure the goal is clear; Don’t just say, “I want to lose weight”, but rather “I want to lose 10 pounds by June 30th.” The more specific you can be, the better!
Make sure your intention includes only positive words and phrases. Saying things like “I don’t want to be overweight anymore” or “I don’t want to eat unhealthy foods anymore” are not helpful because they are negative statements; instead, try saying something like “I will eat healthier foods and exercise regularly so that my body functions at its best.”

Make sure your intention focuses on what you want to achieve rather than what you don’t want.
2- Uncover any limiting beliefs.
Your body is a mirror of your mind. If you have a negative belief about yourself and your body, it’s bound to appear in the physical realm.
So if you have a dream body but don’t believe you can have one, that’s what you’ll manifest.
If this sounds like you, then it’s time to do some serious soul-searching. Take out your journal or diary and start writing down all your thoughts about yourself, both good and bad.
Then ask yourself: what are the beliefs holding me back from having the dream body I want?
Once those limiting beliefs are out in the open, Form them as affirmations and read them daily. The more you repeat these new empowering beliefs to yourself over time (and with conviction), the more they will become ingrained in your subconscious mind and start reflecting in your outer reality.
Of course, this process isn’t easy, and it takes time, energy and commitment to truly change our beliefs and achieve lasting results.

Place your vision board where you will see it daily, like in your office or bedroom. Take a moment to visualize yourself having achieved all of these things whenever you see them.

Next, you will need to gather images that represent what you want to achieve in life. These images should be related to your dream body and physical appearance. Lastly, place all these images on your vision board from least significant at the bottom to most important at the top (depending on how many boards you have). Now all that’s left is for you to gaze upon your creation daily until it manifests itself into reality!
5- Visualize Your Dream Body
Spend 10 minutes a day visualizing yourself living inside your dream body. Imagine what you’re doing, who you are with, and how people react to your appearance.
Imagine being complimented on just how amazing you look. Imagine how good it feels to have people stare at you and wonder where that girl came from; imagine feeling proud of yourself when you see yourself in the mirror, knowing that all of this is thanks to your efforts and hard work.
Visualization works because when we visualize something happening in our brains, it prepares us for action. It tells our subconscious that this is what’s coming next so they can prepare for it. When we visualize ourselves looking and feeling good, it helps us feel good, and when we feel good, we’re more likely to take action toward achieving our goals!
6- Love Yourself Now!
You’ve probably heard this one before: love yourself.
It’s a big thing these days, and for a good reason loving yourself is the key to many great things in life; it can help you sleep better, help you feel good about yourself and others, and even improve your immune system.
But how do you love yourself? How do you get there?
When talking about improving your physical appearance, it’s easy to get caught up in things like beauty standards, body image, or whatever else society has convinced us needs to change to be “beautiful.”
When we get into this mindset (that our bodies are wrong somehow), we start feeling bad about ourselves, which makes us feel worse about our bodies, you see where I’m going with this? It’s a vicious cycle!
But you’re not alone! And neither am I! We’re all just trying to find ourselves in this crazy world and make sense of it.
What if we change our perspective on beauty? What if we started to appreciate ourselves and all the fantastic things that make us unique in this world? What if we stopped comparing ourselves to other people, whether they’re celebrities or models or just regular people on Instagram? What if we stopped trying to fit into society’s cookie-cutter idea of what makes someone beautiful (and instead allowed ourselves to feel beautiful regardless of what anyone else thinks)?
Then, and only then, we can manifest our dreams.
7- Surround yourself with positivity.
It’s a bit counterintuitive, but to manifest your dream body, you must start by surrounding yourself with positive people. If you spend all your time hanging out with people who are negative or critical of others, chances are they’ll also be harmful and critical of you. And that will not help you get where you want to go!
Instead, find some positive friends and family members who will support you in your goals and celebrate when you make progress towards them. If they can’t support what you’re doing (like if they don’t believe in the power of manifestation), then maybe consider looking for new friends! Next, start surrounding yourself with positive things.
If you’re sitting in front of your TV all day watching reality shows and eating junk food, that’s going to make it really hard for the Law of Attraction to work its magic in your life! Instead, spend some time reading about manifesting success stories and other ways people have created their dreams.
8- Celebrate small victories.
You know what they say: a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Similarly, manifesting your dream body is a long-term process. It’s not something that happens overnight or over a few months; it takes years of dedicated work and dedication to yourself.
But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t celebrate small victories along the way! It can be easy to feel discouraged if things don’t go exactly as planned. The best thing you can do when this happens is to take a step back, take a deep breath, and remind yourself that everything happens for a reason.
And then pat yourself on the back for another step toward your goal!
The more you celebrate your successes, the more likely you will keep going.
